Island Disco has six sound and lighting systems, we can combine these systems to handle any size event. Island Disco has entertained at event with as many as 2,500 people. Because of the special requirements in equipment and labor for these larger events it is not possible to have a standard pricing package. The larger systems for conventions and large parties will be custom designed and priced accordingly.For outdoor events we need to have a firm dry place to set up and sufficient covering to protect our equipment from both sun and rain. If needed we can supply our generator for $50.00, and we can also provide our tent for $120.00. * In the following price list, weekdays are considered to be Monday through Friday morning. Weekends would be Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday. Daytime events which end past 3:00 PM will be charge at the evening rate. MORNING PACKAGE Morning events held between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM. Includes sound system, DJ, and a large music inventory, ideal for morning and lunch events. Without lighting. EVENING PACKAGE Evening events held during the day after 3:00 PM. Includes sound system, DJ, large music inventory, ideal for morning and lunch events. Without lighting. DJ Lighting Effects MC PACKAGE The special MC package includes a preliminary information gathering meeting from which the program is written. On the day of the event our MC will act as an on-site coordinator with the other professionals, providing them with a program outline, and working with them to ensure a smooth flowing event. Our goal is to create a fun filled, worry free event for out clients. Multilingual MCs are available for an additional fee. MC Services available in English, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. LIVE ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE We now offer live musicians including two jazz duos; one featuring sax and the other featuring guitar. We also have a Hawaiian duo complete with hula dancers (additional). Six Piece Dance Band available. Prices very with the amount of time needed for performance. There is a $100 surcharge if the duos have to travel outside the Honolulu area (i.e.. Turtle Bay Resort or Ihilani Resort) ADDITIONAL SERVICES
